Located approximately 10 miles south of the Oregon/ California border, Randolph Collier Rest Area is one of the prettiest rest areas you will find as you travel throughout the United States.
Within the rest area sits the Collier Interpretive and Information Center (CIIC) which is a Joint Powers Authority made up of the nine Cities and County of Siskiyou established in 1998. We are open 5 days a week and closed some holidays.
